They asked what kind of nose I wanted and explained things like, "This is possible, this isn't possible." It felt like they prioritized realistic explanations and safety... I think it would be good for people who are satisfied with a natural-looking, slight change. On the other hand, for people with difficult noses or those who like a more dramatic nose, it might be a bit.... Consultations with the director and the chief manager were both fine.
