I made an appointment and went in for a consultation. I came because I saw a friend who had a nose job here and it turned out so well. Mine was a revision nose surgery, and I waited about an hour, then it got delayed again so I waited 30 more minutes. The consultation itself was only about 1 minute? The doctor seemed busy
