I only had a consultation here. I got counseling about my square jaw, and before seeing the director, I think it's better not to explain things too in detail when talking with the coordinator(?). They only told me things within what I had discussed with the coordinator, not the director's own opinion. For example, I wanted a slimmer face, and when I went to another plastic surgery clinic and an oral and maxillofacial surgery clinic, I said I wanted my square jaw reduced. They said reducing the square jaw probably wouldn't have much effect and explained advancing the chin to center it instead. But at TL, when I talked to the coordinator, I only mentioned the square jaw, and when the director came in, they didn't even mention the chin and just said that treating the square jaw would make me prettier.
