No matter what time you set the consultation for, you have to wait ridiculously long. It was totally packed like a market,, the staff were kind but kind of stupid. For quick zygoma reduction surgery, they should design it before going into the operating room, but they forgot that, and I was already lying on the operating table when they started scolding each other, asking why they hadn't done the design. I was already nervous and worried, so having them make me worry about even little things on the day of surgery was very disappointing. Even during the consultation, the director wasn't very kind, and when I went for the post-op check, it felt like they were just looking me over carelessly.. I was anxious because of the swelling, and instead of reassuring me, they were indifferent.. The surgery didn't fail, but I'm not very satisfied either. This place feels like a huge factory.
