I made a reservation in advance and went for a consultation, but people who had come earlier than me got treated and consulted first and kept leaving one by one, so I was the only one left (I'd been waiting for an hour and a half). When I asked when the consultation would be possible, they told me to fill out my chart, but I said I had already done that and handed it in earlier. Only then did they start looking for my chart. I had booked a consultation for nose surgery with Director Kim J.. but after waiting an hour and a half, I only saw the consulting manager, and when I asked whether I would see the director, they said I'd have to wait several more tens of minutes, so I just left. It felt like, maybe because it's a big hospital, even they themselves were kind of disorganized...
