Honestly, I’m not sure the staff were actually kind. It felt more like they were pretending to be kind. And even with a reservation, the wait time was way too long. While I was waiting, I saw two people just leave and one person complaining. Still, after waiting, I got the consultation, and I did like that the director looked at my face while consulting me.
