The consultation with the doctor was fine. They took photos on an iPad and showed me the expected before-and-after result. They seemed thorough, and I thought revision surgery would be very expensive, but surprisingly this was the cheapest clinic I visited today. I'm not sure whether the staff were kind or not. I think I'd go because of the director.
