I arrived a little after 12:30 and first had a Power V lifting consultation around 1. The manager who consulted with me then was really kind and seemed to spend almost an hour with me. I trusted the manager and immediately left a deposit, then went up to the second floor for a nose consultation. After waiting about 30 minutes, the nose manager came and said there would be a 2-hour wait, and asked whether I might come back another day... (I had made a reservation in advance.) I said I had a follow-up appointment at the clinic where I’d had surgery before, so I’d go there and come back later. Two hours later I called, and they said the doctor was still in surgery and would check and call me back, but then the line went dead... I called again 30 minutes later, and they said it would likely take another hour or more, so it would be hard to do it today, and that I should first receive the cost information by phone. After that call, I told them the date I’d want a consultation later, and they said they’d check the schedule at work the next day and contact me, but again, no contact... I’ll just get my nose done somewhere else... I never even got to see the director, and the lifting-center manager was so kind, so I’m giving stars for that...
