I made an appointment for a consultation and went, but I didn't get to meet the surgeon. I was able to choose the surgeon I wanted myself, but I never got to speak with that doctor, and another doctor did the consultation instead. The consultation with the manager was kind, but there was pressure to make an advance payment for surgery, and I didn't like how they confidently recommended an artificial implant that is rarely used these days because of postoperative risks. I looked at the surgery schedule, and it was packed almost without any breaks, which actually made me more uneasy.
