Honestly, everywhere I visited for consultations said similar things, so I went here at first without very high expectations, thinking they would say the same. First, the consultation coordinator was so kind and answered well while empathizing whenever we spoke. Then I promptly consulted with the doctor. I already knew them from the website and YouTube, so they felt familiar, but in person they made me feel even more at ease and explained things in a comforting way.
