The consultation was handled by the coordinators, so I am not really sure what was good or bad about it. Even though I only went for one anti-inflammatory injection, the consultation and registration process felt very unnecessary. The wait was also extremely long; I waited a little over an hour. There was no separate notice that waits of over an hour could occur, either. I am not sure the staff were exceptionally kind. I was still waiting without receiving the procedure while they were tidying the clinic near closing time. However, I was satisfied because the doctor administered the anti-inflammatory injection carefully.
