I went for a consultation about a year ago. It was nice because it was inexpensive then, but it seems the prices have risen a lot now. The doctor and staff were kind, but they pursue a natural-yet-glamorous look leaning toward glamorous, and I hesitated because of the uncertainty that they would only know after opening up whether donor rib cartilage would need to be added. You need to know for sure before surgery in order to plan the budget, too T_T. I liked the shape and liked that they took photos, so I considered doing it here, but ultimately did not because of donor rib cartilage. Still, I think it would be worth recommending to a friend.
