The head director was calm and kind. They said that although I do not have much tissue on ultrasound results, because of my thick skin layer and mammary glands, Motiva, Mentor, dual-plane, and subfascial placement are all possible. Having more options has given me even more to deliberate over T_T. They recommended a size suited to my body, and when I asked about going a little fuller, they honestly said it would probably be too much. I can feel their pride in the surgery, and since I am considering an axillary incision, this is one of the clinics I am looking forward to
