Even though my breasts were small, they somehow looked droopy? I thought it might be because I lacked upper volume, so I looked into breast surgery because I wanted to fill out the upper chest and also increase my size from an A cup to a D cup. I visited several clinics, and this one had the most thorough consultation and a university-hospital-level safety system, which I liked.
