I've been going around for consultations because I'm worried about my bulbous nose. During the consultation, I said I just wanted the flared part from the front to be corrected, and the director carefully explained the limits of what can be achieved with bulbous nose correction and the tiny scars that can occur with nostril reduction while looking at my current nose condition. Still, they said they would pay a lot of attention to the nostril-reduction scar and perform the surgery so it wouldn't show from the outside. I liked that they explained things honestly and realistically. They said side balance was just as important as the front view effect, and they told me frankly what degree of change I could expect. They also showed me before-and-after photos of cases with nose shapes similar to mine during the consultation, and there were many cases with good results, so it was helpful to look at them. I haven't decided on surgery yet, but I definitely felt it was a helpful consultation.
