The back side ended up in a D shape and the conjunctival exposure was quite severe, and there was even scar tissue, so I thought reconstruction was absolutely necessary. I had also seen reviews saying that after a back-side revision the eyes became smaller than before, and more people than I expected seemed to be looking into re-widening, so I asked whether reconstruction and re-widening could be done together.
