Their manner of speaking is gentle, but not kind. You can feel that they are annoyed. I was about to ask a question, but they told me to ask the manager instead. The surgery is done by the doctor, though... And compared with the consultation content from other hospitals, they seem to dislike that too. If the consultation had been a bit more detailed and kinder, I would have had the surgery here. Also, I saw a lot of reviews saying the manager becomes hard to reach after surgery, so I do not know whether the aftercare will be handled properly. Surgery
