I like a natural style, so I went in for a consultation, and the director explained things kindly and in a calm, detailed way. For the silicone + ear cartilage option, and for alar reduction too, they also told me that if I didn't want it to look too obvious, I could do the medial side first and then do the lateral side later, which made them feel like a clinic that really pursues a natural look. Personally, I prefer a septal extension graft, so I don't think I'll have surgery, but I had a good impression.
