Dr. Kook's consultation was calm, kind, and warm. I remember it was the kindest of all the hospitals I visited. He recommended doing it with safety in mind. The head manager was also calm and explained things step by step, and the two of them were so kind that I felt this was the kind of hospital where a patient would feel mentally at ease if they had surgery.
