I almost couldn't get the consultation because I missed the confirmation call for my appointment, but I waited about an hour and then got the consultation. The director was extremely kind, explained things well, and gave me confidence by saying they'd make me look beautiful. The consultation manager was kind too. I paid 10,000 won for the consultation.
