They have a very firm philosophy about cosmetic surgery. Rather than natural, they believe it has to be pretty even if it looks obvious. So I think it would be good if that matches your direction. The reason I'm getting double eyelid surgery is that my eyes protrude and are covered by my skin, and when I tried to make the line thinner, they opposed it lol.
