Since it was a weekday afternoon, it wasn't crowded, but there was still a wait. The consultation manager was kind. I had my eye photos taken with my phone rather than a camera before the consultation, and like other reviews said, it was a one-doctor clinic, but it seemed to have a lot of Chinese patients, which I personally didn't like.
