I got double-fold surgery here and ended up with a terrible sunken scar. My eyes had never had a sunken scar even with non-fixation, but while doing the double-fold surgery it seems they fixed the crease by removing part of the orbicularis oculi muscle. They say the orbicularis muscle that was lost can’t be restored, and even when I went for revision consultations, they were skeptical.. If at least the line were pretty I’d endure it, but the line is also beyond words.. The original line covers the part where the double fold was made, so it’s all wrinkled, and on the eye with the stronger fixation, the pinched scar stays visible even when I close my eyes.. Because of the adhesions
