I go there periodically to get calf Botox, and the director is very kind. Even if I visit after a long time, they remember me, and during consultations they are kind without any uncomfortable parts, so it is one of the few clinics I keep returning to. The staff are not especially warm, but they are not rude either, and feel like they just handle what is needed.
