The consultation was not recent; it was a while ago. I made a reservation and went, but they told me the doctor was in surgery and to wait. If that was the case, why even take reservations? Anyway, after waiting about an hour, I said I had another clinic consultation to go to, so the manager consulted me instead. They marked out the line and explained how they would do the canthoplasty, but what can you really get from a consultation with someone who is not even a doctor.. Well, the manager was kind. And what made me angry was that a desk staff member was pouring hot water from the water dispenser and it splashed on me, but she did not even apologize. Unbelievable
