I brought a photo of the line I wanted and showed it to them, and they designed a line that suited my eyes and face, which was good. The consultation felt like it ended very quickly, but it didn’t feel like they were being sloppy or annoyed when they drew the line. My inner eye distance is fairly wide, so I asked whether I should get epicanthoplasty, and they said it would look strange, then actually pulled on the inner corner of my eye to show me. They recommended only what was really necessary. The staff were kind too.
