I visited because I wanted the tip of my nose to be higher. As the reviews said, the staff member was very kind. The director was a bit stiff, but seemed professional. Since they are an ENT specialist, I felt more trust in a functional nose procedure, and they explained this method and that method, so I thought they were kind in their own way.
