About 10 years ago I had my first eye and nose surgery, and after the buried suture came undone, I had revision eye surgery about 2 years later. Even after having surgery twice, my uneven eyes still couldn't be corrected. The upside is that both the eyes and nose look natural, but for people hoping for big changes, that could also be a downside.
