I had contouring surgery here several years ago and later had revision surgery somewhere else. I asked them to leave some of the squareness of the jaw, but they said it had to be connected to the chin so they had to shave down the entire jaw angle, and after that it turned into a completely jawless look.. My salivary glands became very visible too.. It ended up asymmetric on both sides, and on one side the line connecting the chin and the side jaw formed a secondary angle, becoming stair-like and bumpy, and from the side it looked like a witch jaw, with the chin dropping sharply
