I've gone to consultations at a total of 6 places, and this was probably the kindest and most enthusiastic of all the places I went to. It seemed like they preferred using costal cartilage. They said they would try to do it with septal and auricular cartilage as much as possible, but there was a high chance costal cartilage would be needed. I got the impression that they prefer something rather glamorous with a very clear before-and-after difference rather than something extremely natural. I liked it a lot, but my mom is a strict naturalist.... In the end I couldn't get surgery here someday I'll probably come back for revision surgery
