I had surgery here and my nose was ruined. My depression got severe. I wasn't even angry at the hospital; I was just venting, and they flew into a rage. Their attitude before and after surgery is a bit different. They are kind, though. I've been having thoughts of wanting to kill myself for over a year. Nothing I asked for was improved at all, and they changed something that had no problem at all to match the doctor's taste without saying a word, so people around me keep pointing that out. It's so stressful. The surgical look is still there too. I really want to die. The surgery cost was insanely expensive too. Other hospitals said my face didn't need a canthoplasty, but here they insisted on it. I followed the head coordinator's advice for maximum effect, but instead of anything better, my philtrum drooped, the area under my nose sunk in, and the nasolabial angle got narrower compared to before I did anything. When I asked the hospital, they said that if you do canthoplasty with autologous ear cartilage, there isn't much difference anyway. But it sunk in more than before, so if there wouldn't be much difference anyway, why add another 500,000 won to the surgery fee under the name of canthoplasty...? The open rhinoplasty scar on the columella may have been closed badly, because it is slightly indented, and the surrounding area is a bit raised and wrinkled.
