This was the first place where the consultation manager made a very detailed explanation, showing me the silicone company products they used by height, letting me touch the materials, and asking me in great detail about the nose shape I wanted before I met the surgeon. Maybe the message got across well, because communication with the surgeon was very smooth. It felt like scratching exactly where it itches, plus they adjusted the shape I wanted in Photoshop..
