I went for a consultation. They recommended narrowing the alar base, lifting the alar rims, and cat-eye surgery. I went because my nostrils were visible, and they told me to lift the alar rims and do alar base reduction, which made me hesitate about whether it was the right choice. Some people around me had good results from surgery, but others ended up with pinched noses after alar base reduction, so I'm carefully 고민중이예요.
