The doctor was very kind. I was able to look in detail with CT and 3D imaging. I had brought a lot of reference photos, and they looked at each one carefully. There was absolutely no excessive recommendation, they listened well, and explained things well. They said that although silicone would be needed for the bridge, they prefer using autologous cartilage, so they only use a small amount of donated costal cartilage.
