I went for a consultation and there were a few people, so I waited a bit. First they took eye photos, then the consultation with the director began. The director was the type to explain things calmly and softly, and overall was quite kind. However, after the consultation had gone on a little while, the manager came in and stood in the back waiting. The director said it was hard to guarantee whether they could lower the line as much as I wanted, and that how much it would actually be lowered would only be known after trying.
