1) The staff were very kind. In particular, the manager made the conversation feel easy, which left a strong impression. 2) The consultation with the director was also impressive. Rather than a one-size-fits-all surgery, they proposed a method suited to the patient's case. It seemed like they had a lot of experience with contour surgery, and their aesthetic sense was good. The face is three-dimensional, so you cannot judge surgery by looking at only one side. What suited me was the director's approach of not forcing out the maximum from one side, such as the profile, even if it meant sacrificing some forward projection, but instead preserving cheek volume and pursuing an overall natural face. It was also good that they told me which other areas should be improved for my face shape to get better, beyond the surgery I had originally targeted.
