I was looking forward to the design because the doctor seemed to have good aesthetic sense. But the reason I only gave the surgery expectations 3 stars is, while I was consulting at another clinic, I found out that I didn't have enough septal cartilage. I had the septum cut out during my rhinitis surgery.. If I had not known that and had scheduled the surgery, they probably would have had to change the surgical method on the day of surgery and everything would've turned into a mess...
