I hadn't fully decided on surgery, but I remember this as a clinic that left a good impression. There was one doctor, and his diagnosis was incredibly clean and precise. He explained step by step whether the under-eye area was hollow or protruding, how much elasticity there was, what surgery methods would fit, and even the difference between incision and laser. Even if you go without researching surgery beforehand, he keeps explaining until you understand, so I don't think you need to worry.
