I went for a consultation because of surgery for ears that stick out when lying down. There was no separate consultation fee. They took photos right away when I arrived. I had a brief consultation with the manager and then decided to meet the doctor. The wait was too long. I waited about an hour before finally meeting the doctor. My ear cartilage was too sturdy, so they said two implants would have to go in, and that my ears probably wouldn’t show as much effect as expected, so they did not recommend surgery. They also explained the ear in very detailed, specific terms. I felt they were extremely honest.
