Too chaotic. Too many people waiting. The wait is usually about 1 hour. It says unlimited hair removal, but the interval is 5 weeks, so the maximum number of sessions is practically fixed. Whether you buy a membership or not, you get treated the same. The washbasin area is really dirty. Procedures are not communicated properly, so there is a lot of confusion. The price is cheap, but would I get a membership again? I don't know.
