Went for a consultation on a weekend morning. The front desk staff were all kind and responded cheerfully, which made me feel well taken care of. Once I went into the consultation room, I said the center part of my double eyelid line seemed too thick and too high, and they said that rather than a simple revision, I should lower the line. I was more used to the two-line procedure, so when I asked about it, they said I had enough excess skin, so I did not need to go that far. I did not prepare questions separately, so I listened to the explanation and asked whatever I was curious about or did not understand at the time.
