This is the place where I had revision nose surgery. My first surgery was also a closed procedure at another place, and I felt a bit uneasy thinking that a scar might appear again, so I chose this place after consulting at places that do closed revision surgery or say they leave minimal scars and so on. I also hadn't corrected my bulbous nose, and it felt like it wouldn't show much, so I asked them to make the line come out more than before. It's been almost a month now, and the swelling and such have mostly gone down, and it seems to be settling in. The director was also the type who looked over the consultation in a lot of detail.
