The consultation was one where the doctor was overflowing with pride, but I wondered whether that matched his actual skill. He kept saying without any basis that he was the best, but I wondered whether the results really backed that up. And the photos circulating everywhere made the place look very obviously like it was advertising, which is what made me go in the first place, but still, whenever I asked anything specific, it felt like they were implying I had come from another clinic to spy on them. The surgery is expensive, and it is not a procedure whose safety has been firmly established, so I was already worried... And then they called the consultation manager the head director, and that person's attitude was even more ridiculous. The way they looked down on people was shocking; I have never experienced such a subtly insulting and unpleasant attitude in my life.... They were badmouthing other hospitals too, but I did not really think this hospital was that outstanding. They said they did not recommend small volumes, but it seems like these days they end up doing small volumes anyway. Anyway, it seems like this was the only hospital that made me not want to do it anymore after the consultation lol
