They explained exactly what was wrong with my nose and why it ended up like this in a way that was easy to understand, and they clearly said which parts of the surgery would be difficult. I came for a consultation after watching YouTube because of a perforation, but since my perforation is located in the front part, they said the risk was high, and I think they refused because the chance of later complications would probably be high. Even though they refused, they still kindly told me about my condition, saying things like why my current state ended up this way even without surgery.
