I looked into revision nose surgery and went for a consultation after reading another person's review. The hospital was neat too. The consultation manager was also very empathetic and kind. I have a contracted nose, my nostrils show a lot, and it's asymmetrical. They recommended autologous costal cartilage and said they would lower the alae. And because I am asymmetrical, they said it might not be possible in one go, so as someone from outside the area, I'm worried
