I had rhinitis surgery and revision nose surgery 3 months ago. My septum was very crooked and I had severe rhinitis, so we did the functional part as well. The previous dorsal implant was Gore-Tex, so it was removed and changed to silicone, and the tip was done with donated costal cartilage. Right after surgery there was blood pooling, so the bridge swelled a lot.. After the splint came off, they immediately drained the blood, and after that no more blood collected.. I had the revision because the tip was drooping, becoming an arrow nose, and looking long.. But maybe because swelling still remains, it didn’t come out in the shape I wanted.. I’m planning to ask about AS at the 3-month mark this time.
