I had laser hair removal 10 times. It is very factory-like, but the staff were kind and the consultation manager was professional and friendly too. However, even though it is a simple procedure, the waiting time is quite long. I have waited as long as one to two hours. The procedure is not painful and ends very quickly. I guess that is an advantage of a factory-like place. Still, it is not perfectly removed after 10 sessions. I think I will need about 5 more sessions to get a result I can be satisfied with. Anyway, the price is cheap, the consultation manager is kind, and I am satisfied. Doctor cannot be chosen
