It's been about a year since the surgery. To get straight to the point, there is scar tissue inside my nose, and now it looks slightly crooked. I had it done with costal cartilage. It looks crooked to the eye, so I'm devastated And it looks way too obvious that I had nose surgery. You can tell at a glance, oh, they had nose surgery...... I thought this would be my last surgery, so I spent a lot of money on it.....
