There were some shortcomings in coordinating opinions with the consultation director. Some people were kind and some were rude. Proper staff training is needed. The doctor explained things very well overall and answered my questions clearly during the consultation. I'm booking the surgery date and planning to go ahead with it. This is something where you just have to trust the doctor 100% and go.
