The director is kind and explains things clearly and in detail. Seems very naturalistic. Looking at the before-and-after photos first, it looks so natural that... I wonder if it will improve at all. I think it would only be worth considering for revision surgery or re-revision surgery if you're aiming for just some improvement. I don't think the manager's role is that big.
